About Me

Over the last decade I’ve worked across housing, health, LGBTQ2S+ inclusion, and community care, supporting organizations through growth, transition, and repair.

I’ve led from inside nonprofits, advised from the outside, sat at the governance table, and led hands on programming, which gives me a grounded sense of how different missions, cultures, and constraints shape what “good” looks like in practice.

Clients often come to me when they’re in a moment of in-between, when they’ve outgrown what was, but don’t yet know what comes next. I help them slow down just enough to see clearly, then build forward with purpose, care, and momentum.

Everything I do is values driven and human centered because success isn’t only about deliverables. It’s about your people feeling seen, capable, and ready to fly.

I’m based on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees Nation, Xʷsepsəm Nation, and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples in so-called Victoria, BC, where I share my home with Mason, my senior pug companion and co-strategist. When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring local restaurants, dancing, traveling, or diving into creative projects.

Values that guide my work

  • Two blue and white birds perched on separate wooden sticks against a neutral background.

    Equity

I believe in changing the way decisions are made by redistributing power, resources, and attention so everyone’s voice holds weight.

I design systems and processes that center fairness, representation, and the needs of those most impacted. Every decision is measured against its impact on people and power.

  • Transparency

I tell the truth with care, even when it’s uncomfortable, because clarity is what builds real trust and better outcomes.

I make intentions, decisions, and processes clear. You’ll always know the “why” behind my recommendations, budgets, and strategies.

The bird is a small bird, likely a chickadee, with a black cap, white cheeks, and beige chest, holding a piece of seed in its beak. The person is wearing a teal or blue-green jacket. The background is blurred with earthy tones.

    Compassion

People matter as much as outcomes. I create spaces and systems that respect lived experience, reduce harm, and foster trust.

The work is often hard. We get further when we lead with empathy and uphold spaces for people to be human and imperfect while still accountable to the work.

    Creativity

I bring imagination when it’s missing and structure when it’s needed.

I'll encourage you to challenge old patterns, and experiment a little, because real growth happens when curiosity leads the way.
