About Me

Hi, I’m Andrea.

I help organizations turn complicated challenges into clear, doable strategies, so you can feel confident taking that next leap.

For over a decade, I’ve supported nonprofits, coalitions, foundations, and mission driven teams to get unstuck through strategic planning, community engagement, facilitation, project management, advocacy, and everything in between.

I combine big picture strategy with practical problem solving through a collaborative and equitable lens, so what we build together actually works in the real world instead of just looking nice on paper.
